We had a full day Kickoff Meeting at USYD on 4 August 2016, and were delighted to welcome 2 new partners, Dr Danny Liu (USYD) and Dr Jing Gao (UNISA) officially to the project team.
Throughout the day we identified our pilot courses and agreed on a set of scenarios and personas to drive the development, deployment and dissemination of the project. The University of Sydney, UNSW, UTS and UNISA will all be represented in selected pilot studies in 2017.
The team also discussed which platform architecture approaches could adequately align with the pilot experience, and agreed on a process for developing guidelines for institutional adoption throughout the progression of the project. Key dates and responsibilities, as well as the requirements for ethics applications and evaluations were also identified. The team adopted ‘OnTask’ as the new name for the project.
