Over the past three academic terms, OnTask has been piloted in a variety of courses at the University of British Columbia (UBC) as part of the UBC Learning Analytics Project. So far the experience has been a resounding success, with students reporting the personalised feedback has helped them to:
- keep on top of the course material,
- highlight problem areas requiring revision
- reflect on their progress
- increase engagement and maintain motivation
Read here how Simon Bates and his co-instructor Mateus Fandino used OnTask in a large introductory physics course at UBC with great success.
